Its for sure the best road in Portugal and with no doubt one of the best of Europe. Mountain road with amazing landsacape, its coastal and mountain at the same time. A must do road.
One of my favorite routes nearby lisbon, with a great view to the sea, and a nice scenery from the natural park (arrábida)
A very nice road at Arrabida Natural Park between Sesimbra and Setúbal. At 38º27'39''N 9º0'38''W two roads are possible to reach Setubal, by the mountain(front)or near the sea (turn right). For this route I choose the 2ª, the ride is more pleasant near the sea. Sometimes it is possible to see dolphins. Driving on this road is very cool, the surface is generally good with good corners. A good 35 km's ride.

On roundabout (1 photo) at 37º 27 48 N 9º 06 01 W, turn left until this crossroad. Turn right
Right to Arrábida
2 roads to Setúbal, left by the moutain and right by the sea. Keep on right.
And if you are on lunch time 38º31 12 N 8º 54 09 W you'll find several places near the sea to eat good fish.
