This is an interesting alternative for those travelling between Haus Im Ennstal - B320 and Eben Im Pongau B99 or A10 Motorway. Running from just East of Haus Im Ennstal to the Motorway Junctions at Eban (North).

Take the L725 Weißenbach turning and ride along the valley through Weißenbach heading towards Ramsau Am Dachstein. Alternatively, from McDonalds in Haus, take the road to Weißenbach and pick up the L725 in the village. Once through Weißenbach you have mountains either side of you riding on a very good road surface where the scenery of Alpine meadows changes to forest. This is a quick stretch of road with a few straights and nice sweeping bends. After the turning to Birnberg the road narrows a bit and starts to twist following the line of the river to Lodenwalker. Watch out for the pinch-point between the rocks. It is then up on to the high plateau of Ramsau Am Dachstein with stunning views of the Dachstein Massive to the North and The Schladming Tauern and Planai to the south. On reaching Ramsau you turn right on to the L711 towards Filzmoos. On leaving the plateau the road twists and turns along the mountain side to Filzmoos. The road is in quite good condition but there are a few places where the harsh winters have taken their tole. When you reach the roundabout in Filzmoos take the L219 to Eben. This is a quick road with some nice sweeping bends but there are a few which can be misread. Take note that Filzmoos has a motorcycle restriction after 2200 hrs.
